In the series of MS Outlook 2010 courses you will find all the information that you need to learn to perfectly master the Microsoft Outlook application - from basic orientation to the environment of a mail client and the effective organisation of everyday work to its advanced functions.

First you will learn to create messages, to reply to them, to forward them, to edit their content, to sort them into folders and to search for them. You will try out different options for working with attachments and familiarise yourself with a new feature of Outlook 2010 - the option for grouping messages, based on their subject titles, to a conversation view. You will learn to create signatures and to set an automatic reply that can be used to inform senders of messages that you are out of office. You will then try out working with contacts, with the calendar, tasks, the journal and notes. You will carry out synchronisation of folders and learn how to export contacts and to work with personal and public folders. Finally you will try out setting-up an e-mail account and familiarise yourself with the options for using different mail servers.
